Books and digital products

Digital books sold through this site are licensed for the purchaser’s personal use only. You may not copy, resell, upload, share, distribute, or reproduce the files without written permission from CTRL HER CO.

Intellectual property

The books, writing, photography, branding, product names, graphics, and site content belong to Ferlandria Washington and CTRL HER CO unless otherwise stated.

Purchases

Website payments are processed securely by Stripe. Kindle purchases are completed through Amazon. Prices and product availability may change, but a completed order will be honored according to the offer shown at checkout.

Off Record Hotline submissions

You must be at least 18 years old to submit to Off Record Hotline. By submitting, you confirm that you have removed identifying details and grant CTRL HER CO permission to edit, quote, summarize, discuss, and publish the submission anonymously in YouTube videos and related promotional content.

The Hotline accepts paid submissions only. A completed Priority Line purchase guarantees a public response of approximately 3–6 minutes within 30 days. A completed Deep Dive purchase guarantees an extended public response of approximately 8–12 minutes within 30 days. Payment guarantees time and depth, not agreement, favorable advice, a dedicated video, or control over the title, thumbnail, edit, or publication schedule beyond the stated window.

Off Record Hotline is entertainment and personal commentary. It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, crisis assistance, or professional counseling. Do not use the Hotline for emergencies, threats, active abuse crises, or situations requiring a licensed professional or emergency service.
