When you join the private reader list, we collect the email address you provide. When you use Off Record Hotline, we collect the alias, email address, story, question, selected submission level, consent choices, and payment status you provide. The site may also receive basic technical information used for security, performance, and understanding how visitors use the site.
How we use it
Reader-list emails are used to share new releases, bonus material, product updates, and occasional offers from CTRL HER CO. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments and outside services
Stripe processes website payments, and Amazon handles Kindle purchases. Those services receive information according to their own privacy policies. CTRL HER CO does not store your full payment-card details.
Off Record Hotline
Hotline submissions are used to review, select, edit, and produce public YouTube content. If you consent to public use, the situation may be quoted, summarized, or discussed publicly. CTRL HER CO removes or changes identifying details where practical, but you are responsible for omitting real names, addresses, workplaces, and other details that could identify anyone involved.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from reader emails at any time. You may also request removal of your email or an unused Hotline submission by contacting ctrlherco@gmail.com. A submission cannot be removed from a video after that video has been produced or published.
