We want you to feel good in your set. Our 7-day return window gives you time to check the fit, with clear conditions that keep every returned piece in saleable condition.

Start your return

Email ctrlherco@gmail.com within 7 calendar days after the last item in your order is delivered. Include your order number, the email used at checkout and the reason for your request. Proof of purchase from CTRL HER CO is required.

Wait for your return authorization and the return address before sending anything back. Use the instructions we send and keep your tracking receipt. A request or authorization does not guarantee a refund: returned items are inspected first.

What qualifies

For sizing or change-of-mind returns, the complete set must be returned with both pieces unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags attached. Trying on for fit is fine.

• Sets must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant marks, fragrance, smoke, pet hair and damage.
• Incomplete sets, mismatched items, items not purchased from us, or items showing wear or washing are not eligible for voluntary returns.
• We may decline a voluntary return that does not meet these conditions. We will explain the reason if it is declined.

Return postage & exchanges

Customers pay return postage for sizing or change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee. Original delivery charges are not refunded for voluntary returns unless required by law; we do not deduct an original delivery charge from an order that shipped free.

Size or color exchanges depend on available stock. We cover delivery of one replacement set for an approved exchange; you cover return postage unless the original item was faulty or incorrect. If your requested option is unavailable, we can refund the eligible returned set instead.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Email us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess it. We will arrange the appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping where needed. These cases are handled separately from change-of-mind returns; reporting an issue does not require you to meet an artificial deadline that takes away your legal rights.

Refunds

We will inspect your return and let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the items. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. If a local right of withdrawal or other law provides different eligibility, refund timing or delivery-cost rights, those rights apply.
